50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required unless specified in the package. Balance must be paid in full no later than 21 days prior to event (equivalent to 3 weeks). NO EXCEPTIONS.
NO REFUNDS on canceled events by Lesee. Canceled events by Lesee will receive a credit for 1 full calendar year to be rescheduled.
Natural disaster or extenuating circumstances may be considered but not guaranteed for full refund less the security deposit.
Star of the Show Events LLC accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, cashapp, paypal, venmo, and cash. NO PERSONAL CHECKS are accepted.
Star of the Show Events LLC does not supply any beverages (alcohol or non alcohol) unless specified in package.
Lessee will be responsible for their own plates, eating utensils, napkins, etc. if a catering package is not chosen.
This serves as an agreement to the Deposit Policy, and Refund Policy upon the execution of contract. You understand that smoking, vaping, or hazing is PROHIBITED inside of Star of the Show Event Venue. You understand that no materials can be nailed, taped, or glued to the ceilings, walls, floors or furniture. No weapons allowed on the premise. No loitering of any kind.
